This beautiful handwoven chambray denim dress by People Tree - a company that is part of the World Fair Trade Organization.

The dress is made in by Folk Bangladesh. Folk Bangladesh works with over 600 artisans including ethnic minority groups, working in hand weaving and hand embroidery., providing them with fair wages, loans and health insurance.
